OUR STORY
The founder of Blunt Strategy Collective spent years as an operator building teams, scaling systems, and navigating the chaos of rapid growth. She worked with consultants and was often disappointed.
The work was generic, and the recommendations were polished but impractical for the needs of the organization. And when things didn't work out, the firm was already on to the next client.
So she built the firm she always wanted to work with: direct, transparent, and obsessed with designing tailored solutions and achieving outcomes that outlast the engagement.
